Jamie McIntosh
Jamie McIntosh comes to BW Mortgage LLC with more than 20 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining BWM, Jamie worked numerous positions in banking including opening a loan production office and market development for a bank expansion into Northwest Florida, retail bank management with a successful track record of developing high performing teams that were customer focused, and consistently ranking in the top of his peers on a consistent annual basis. He has also held additional job titles in banking including the Small Business Specialist and Consumer Loan Specialist. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina, with a double major in marketing and management with a minor in retail. Jamie is very active in the community and is the past president of South Walton Rotary, past president and current finance chairman of the Young Professionals at the Beach, and is a current board member of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, Jamie is hiking, playing tennis, biking or spending time at the beach.
Mortgage Application
Your mortgage application is the first step in the home buying or refinance process. Once submitted with current financial information, we’ll work to obtain a pre-approval from the lender to ensure that your financing is in place.
Financial Documentation
In order to secure your pre-approval, we’ll need to obtain documentation of your present financial position. Please gather and provide original copies of the following items:
- Last two years of W2s and/or Federal Tax Returns (we’ll need the latter if you’re self employed or own rental properties)
- One month of your most recent paystubs
- Your last checking and/or savings bank statement (please include all pages)
- A copy of your driver’s license
- Your last two years of work history (companies and dates employed)
